Business and Management Articles
Colorado Technical University’s business and management articles aim to provide information that could help you make more informed choices about your academic future. Would you like to learn about the differences between accounting and finance? Are you wondering whether earning a business administration degree could be beneficial as you pursue your desired career path, or whether MBA programs only accept those who were undergraduate business majors? We have business management articles to cover that. Need more information about what to expect in the classroom before deciding whether a concentration in marketing is right for you, or want to know what skills and personal characteristics marketers may need for the business field? Or are you just looking for more information on business and management in general? We have business articles relating to those topics, too—and more.
The business and management area of study encompasses a number of different concentrations, but all programs are designed to help students acquire foundational knowledge to pursue a variety of careers in business. With employment of management occupations projected to grow 7 percent from 2018 to 2028 (faster than the average for all occupations),1 pursuing an on-campus or online business degree might seem appealing. However, because there are so many possibilities within this area of study and because careers in management and business can include a broad range of roles and responsibilities in the real world, choosing what business degree program or concentration to pursue may also feel a bit overwhelming. Our business management articles could help you make more sense of it all.
